- Standard Orders: For our standard orders, we typically ship via a trusted delivery pallet service. You'll find the estimated delivery time listed at the bottom of each product page, and we are committed to making every effort to ensure that your product reaches you on time, if not sooner.
- Custom-Made Products: When it comes to custom-made products, we understand that your needs are unique. We take a personalized approach and usually arrange the shipment of these products with our customers via email communication. If you have any questions or require specific information about the delivery date for your custom-made item, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our team is here to assist and ensure a seamless process.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
